JW Diesel & Automotive was founded by lifelong Valley locals Jeremy Goscha and Will MacLeod, who grew up side by side and shared one vision: to build the kind of shop they’d want their own trucks serviced at. A Diesel Legacy in the Making.
Jeremy Goscha and Will MacLeod’s journey started when they were living across the street from each other while growing up. From a young age, they shared a passion for motors and machines, which eventually became the foundation for their careers.
After high school, they attended WyoTech together in Laramie, Wyoming, where they further developed their skills in diesel technology. Once they graduated, Will began working at a local diesel shop. About six months later, Jeremy joined the same shop, and the two began building their professional experience side by side.
Over the course of almost eight years, they established a strong working relationship. Will stayed in the back, leading as a technician, while Jeremy moved into a service advisor role, eventually managing the front of the shop.
Their time there gave them the tools and confidence to branch out. In 2019, they opened JW Diesel & Automotive with a clear goal: to run a shop built on professionalism, quality, and a strong commitment to their customers.
Today, JW Diesel operates with a small, skilled team of three technicians, with Jeremy continuing to serve as the service advisor. The shop focuses on dependable diesel repair and maintenance, offering services tailored to the needs of local businesses, tradespeople, and diesel vehicle owners throughout the Valley.
