Position Summary:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—ensuring they feel heard, informed, and confident in their vehicle’s care. You’ll coordinate repairs with technicians, communicate clearly with clients, and help maintain the flow of shop operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
• Schedule repairs and manage drop-offs and pickups
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services clearly
• Maintain communication between techs and clients
• Manage invoices and payments with accuracy
• Promote trust and professionalism at every touchpoint
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of diesel and automotive systems preferred
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with shop management software and DVIs
  
  

Education, Certifications, and Experience Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles preferred
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Willingness to train on shop-specific systems and tools
